We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Bar Stools & Counter Stools, Dining Chairs & Benches, Dining Room Sets & Collections, Dining Tables, Kitchen Carts & Islands, and Sideboards & Buffet Tables. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

Please Note: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item. Returns without authorization cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and include all parts and documentation. Ship to the address provided with your authorization.

Step 4: Inspection and Processing

Once received, our team will inspect the returned item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For defective or incorrect items, we will refund original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Important: Due to hygiene reasons and manufacturer policies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Folding Tables & Chairs unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items missing original packaging and documentation
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for has a different price, we will process a price adjustment accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
