Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will carefully prepare your items for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is dispatched from our warehouse.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled
- All original packaging must be intact with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and manufacturer policies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product category unless items arrive defective or damaged:
- Folding Tables & Chairs (Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery)
Additionally, these items are not eligible for return:
- Items not in original condition
- Items missing original packaging and documentation
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item. Returns without authorization cannot be accepted.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and include all parts and documentation. Ship to the address provided with your authorization.
Step 4: Inspection and Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the returned item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for has a different price, we will process a price adjustment accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
