• All original packaging must be intact with tags attached

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and manufacturer policies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products unless they arrive defective or damaged:

• Folding Tables & Chairs (please inspect these immediately upon delivery)
• Items not in original condition
• Items missing original packaging and documentation
• Personalized or custom-made products

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging
